The Mount Baker Recreation Area in Washington state is a beautiful, peaceful place with hiking, hunting, fishing, kayaking and mountain biking in the summer and in the winter there is skiing, snowmobiling and other winter sports. Gorgeous and somewhat remote in winter, guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly by utilizing 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles.
