| A deposit of $500 is required to reserve the cottage. Your deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure less $150 - $175 for cleaning fee (depending on number of guests and length of stay). Balance will be due 30 days before arrival at the rental; cashiers check/money order/cash/or Visa/Mastercard will be acceptable with a 2.5% convenience fee.
