condo has two televsions, one in the living room and one in
the master bedroom.

All rates subject to change. A one-time registration fee of $15 ($35 Spring Break), a cleaning fee: 1 BR $75 ($110 Spring Break), and taxes of 11% will be added to the base rates. Rates are available weekly and monthly. All rent is due upon arrival. No Refunds for early departures. No Personal Checks. CANCELLATION POLICY: Must cancel 14 days prior to arrival date for refund of deposit.
Please note that until confirmed,
rates are subject to change without notice and condo rates shown
are in US Dollars. Security deposit required and is not
part of the rent. The deposit will be refunded after satisfactory
inspection of the condo and the keys are returned. Checkout: 10am (8am Spring Break) CT Check-in: 4pm (5pm Spring Break) CT. Guest will be charged $150 for a late checkout. Deposits will be refunded 14-21 days after checkout. Holiday weekends: rooms may not be ready by check-in time stated.
There
is no smoking, no pets. AGE REQUIREMENT: There must be a 21 year old staying in the unit at all times. Also, the reservation must be booked under the 21 year olds name. You may not check-in until the 21 year old is present. These rules are set by The Summit Condo Association and onsite
age verification may be required. We adhere strictly to this policy,
violation can cause loss of rent and deposit. Registration is required with The Summit Office.
No charge for local calls, but must have calling card to call long distance.
