Rates are subject to 13% tax and until confirmed, subject to change without notice. Cleaning fee/linens charge: $90 per stay. Security deposit: credit card security deposit required. Balance of funds due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellations more than 30 days (45 days for holiday periods) prior to arrival will be refunded, less $50. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be forfeited unless we are able to rent the condo to someone else for the same time period.
