All rentals plus $150 - $200 cleaning & linens charge, per stay. NOTE: Please notify management when leaving @ 760-934-4444. Check out is 12:00 noon. Check in is 3:00 PM.
Mammoth Lakes 13% Town Occupancy Tax, 50% $250 deposit due within one week of booking. Balance of funds due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Must be 25 years and up to rent and adult must be on premises throughout entire stay.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less $30. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be forfeited unless we are able to rent the condo to someone else for the same time period. All monies are due 7 to 30 days prior to arrival.
