Deposit and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation.
Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
A $250 to $500 security deposit authorization is required with this reservation and we will process a credit card authorization in that amount approximately 7 days prior to your arrival. A charge may result for damage to the condo or contents, missing contents, excessive cleaning required after checkout or for exceeding the number of overnight guests stated in rental.
Cancellations:
The initial reservation deposit is nonrefundable; however if Cancellation made more than 90 days prior to the check-in date, can have the deposit applied to a new set of reservation dates in the same condo beginning anytime up to one year from the original check-in date (subject to availability), minus $100.00 administration fees.
Full payment of the rental balance due is required 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will forfeit all payments.
Cleaning Fees:
All reservations have a check-out cleaning fee of $160.00. Checkout Maid Service includes: normal linen/towel laundry for your stay, vacuuming, dusting, washing floors, polishing & glass (mirrors-tables) and bathroom cleaning.
Stays of more than twelve days will have additional interim cleaning fees $90.00 every ten days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 30 days, you would be charged for three cleanings total - two interim cleanings and one check-out clean.
Check-In/Checkout:
Check-In Time is at 3:00 PM.
Checkout Time is at 11:00 AM.
We normally can not accommodate earlier check-ins and check-outs because we often have parties departing and arriving on the same day. If late guest checkout or check in is needed, it should be requested at time of booking and is subject to a fee. If no late checkout is requested in advance and the unit is not available for maid service to clean for the next guest, the extra fee is charged at regular rate. General Policies:
Please make sure that all keys are left behind at the condo. We charge a $25.00 replacement fee for each lost key.
This condo is a non-smoking unit. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the condo building. The lanai is considered part of the condo. This is a HI State Law that went into effect November 16, 2006. In doing so will result in full loss of security deposit & immediate eviction.
We allow a maximum of four (4) overnight guests. Falsely representing fewer guests than are actually staying will result in loss of all deposits and immediate eviction.
Beach towels and any extra linens are to be washed and dried by guests during their stay.
Kitchen cleanup (oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots n pans, etc.) necessary by maid service after checkout will be an extra cleaning fee charge.
Please rinse off beach and/or dive gear at beach showers or with the club garden hose located at the BBQ Pavilion, not in condo showers or sinks (This will plug the drains). Use lanai furniture/floor, not railing, to air dry gear or towels.
Use of any condo beach gear is at your own liability.
If you should use up a condo liquid supply please replenish with a liquid of its kind for your use.
