Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club Rental Condo
Condo 1-306 Reservation Policies
Deposit and Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation.
- Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
- A refundable security deposit of $250.00 - $500.00 is also required and will be credited back within 14 - 30 days of checkout based on the condition of the condo. Check-In/Check-Out forms are provided to assist us in this procedure. Please mail these back as early as possible in the prepaid envelopes.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date can have the deposit applied to a stay at this same condo unit within one year of the original check-in date, minus $100.00 cancelation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits and rental balance due payments.
Cleaning Fees:
- All reservations have a check-out cleaning fee of $160.00. Checkout Maid Service includes: normal linen/towel laundry for your stay, vacuuming, dusting, washing floors, polishing & glass (mirrors-tables) and bathroom cleaning.
- Stays of more than twelve days will have additional interim cleaning fees $90.00 every ten days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 30 days, you would be charged for three cleanings total - two interim cleanings and one check-out clean.
Check-In/Checkout:
- Check-In Time is at 3:00 PM.
- Checkout Time is at 11:00 AM.
- We cannot accommodate earlier check-ins or check-outs because we often have parties departing and arriving on the same day. If late guest checkout is needed, it should be requested at time of booking and is (½) half of the daily rate. If no late checkout is requested in advance and the unit is not available for maid service to clean for the next guest, the extra fee is charged at regular rate.
General Policies:
- Please make sure that all keys are left behind at the condo. We charge a $25.00 replacement fee for each lost key.
- This condo is a non-smoking unit. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the condo building. The lanai is considered part of the condo. This is a HI State Law that went into effect November 16, 2006. There is a Smoke Elimination Fee of $425.00 at or following Check-out if this is reported.
- We allow a maximum of four overnight guests in unit 1306.
- There is a charge of $15.00 for any missing/damaged beach/bath towels upon checkout.
- Beach towels and any extra linens are to be washed and dried by guests during their stay.
- Kitchen cleanup (oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots n pans, etc.) necessary by maid service after checkout will be an extra cleaning fee charge.
- Please rinse off beach and/or dive gear at beach showers or with the club garden hose located at the BBQ Pavilion, not in condo showers or sinks (This will plug the drains). Use lanai furniture/floor not railing to air dry gear or towels.
- Use of any condo beach gear is at your own liability.
- If you use up a condo liquid supply please replenish with a liquid of its kind for your use.
