| Rates are valid for all dates through the end of 2007. Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to Hawaiian taxes (11.41%). Rates are for up to four persons. | |||
| A $250 - $500 security deposit is required for all stays. All stays have a cleaning fee of $160 For stays longer than 10 days, there are interim cleanings required every 10 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three cleanings for your stay. | |||
| A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for low season and 7 nights for High season unless backs up to already booked dates. | |||
| Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Until confirmed all prices subject to change without notice. No pets and no smoking. | |||

Kona Farmer's Market "Oh!" you say to yourself, "Pineapples! I can get these at home." Yes, and they were probably grown in Hawaii. But on the Big Island, you can get something which you will never find with a brand name stuck to it. Here, on the Big Island, is grown a "White Pineapple", which is sweeter than any you will find at home. And bananas? These don't look like the bananas at home. There are little "apple bananas that have a tang like an apple, ''strawberry" bananas, "ice cream" bananas. Mmmmm! Of course, variety of produce and crafts might be expected in a Market, but there are always surprises -
King Kamehameha wanted a safe place for his family to enjoy the ocean. He had his workers construct a seawall in the surf to protect a small cove on the sunny side of the Big Island. This cove today is known as Kahalu'u Beach Park, Kona - clean, clear water and one of the most popular swimming and best snorkeling sites in the Kona district.
