Deposit: A deposit of $500 is required to secure reservation. Deposit will be returned 2-3 weeks after your departure, less $125 for a cleaning fee.

Payment Policy: The rental fee will be due 30 days before arrival at the condo. Major credit cards (Master Card/ Visa/ American Express/ Discover), checks, money orders, or money wires/transfers are acceptable payments.
|
|
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of less than 30 days from arrival date, are subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.
|
