Ski-in Ski-out!
Condo is ideally situated to peak 9 base area, only 200 yards to
new 6 person high speed Quicksilver chair lift. Walk just two blocks
to Main street or take free trolley, line located just outside Berghaus
condo. Slope-side Berghaus Condo is also near excellent facilities
at "Maggie Pond" with ice skating, bars, restaurants, ski rental
store. Location isn't all that you get here...there is underground
parking, elevators, gas fireplaces, washer/dryers and access to
the columbine swimming pool and hot-tubs. Berghaus Condo is spacious,
well layed-out and comfortable. Outrageous views of the Blue River
and mountain peaks!
