spacious Breckenridge, Colorado vacation condo is an excellent
mountain getaway for friends and family. Los Pinos (meaning
The Pines) condo has a mountain resort feeling to it. Watch
the snow gently fall while you are cozy and warm inside or take
to the slopes which are only 400 yds. walking distance away!
This home has an open living, dining and kitchen area with a
huge stone fireplace. There is also a two-sided fireplace in
the master bedroom/bath.
Granite countertops and slate tile in the kitchen make for easy
clean-up. The condo kitchen is well equipped with anything you
might need to cook a delicious meal at home. Flatware, plates,
glasses, coffee mugs, cookware plus all the appliances are included.
There is a slate tile entry way into the family den which has
huge vaulted ceilings. This spacious Breckenridge, Colorado vacation rental condo is
a 1,417 sq. ft. filled with top of the line furnishings!
You'll be sleeping
soundly in these more than comfortable chambers. The Master
bedroom has a romantic two-sided fireplace. Watch TV from the
comfortable king-size bed with top-grade bedding and linens.
The artfully decorated bedrooms have a king-size bed in the
master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom with
a full bath and a king-size bed in the third sleeping quarters.
A queen sleeper sofa in the living area totals the sleeping
arrangements for eight guests.
One night is free on weekly rentals. If rental period extends over two rates, the night of lesser value will be free.
A deposit is required upon agreement of rental contract. Please inquire for details.
An
additional cleaning fee will be charged in accordance to your rental.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests. If the maximum is exceeded, all guests will be asked to leave; and there will be no refund.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED.
Check-in is 4 pm or later; check-out is by 10 am.
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be returned, less a $100 processing fee. If cancellation is within 45 days of arrival, and we can re-book the cancelled reservation for the same dates and rate, your payments less $100 processing fee will be refunded. Or we will attempt to reschedule you for an alternative mutually satisfactory date of comparable value within one year of original booking. If we are unable to re-book or reschedule, all monies will be forfeited. We do not refund money due to conditions beyond our control, such as undesirable weather or unexpected travel deviations.

Breckenridge Golf Club - The Town of Breckenridge can boast that it is the only municipality in the world to own a Jack Nicklaus designed, 27-hole golf course. The course opened for play in 1985. During the summer 2001 golf season, the Town opened another nine holes also designed by Nicklaus and every bit as challenging as the original 18-holes. The new Elk nine as it is named, offers more elevation change than the Bear and Beaver nines.
