Kailua Kona Rental Condo
Deposit and Payment:
- •A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation
- A $250 - $500 security deposit is also required and will be authorized (authorization only) on your credit card approximately 7 days prior to your arrival. A charge may result for damage to the condo or contents, missing item, excessive cleaning required after checkout or for exceeding the number of overnight guests paid for.
- Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations:
- The initial reservation deposit is non-refundable however if Cancellation made more than 90 days prior to the check-in date; can have the deposit applied to a new set of reservation dates at this condo unit beginning anytime up to one year from the original check-in date (subject to availability), minus $100.00 administration fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all payments.
Cleaning Fees:
- All reservation have a check-out cleaning fee of $127.75. Stays of more than 12 days will have additional interim cleaning fees every twelve days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 30 days, you would be charged for three cleanings total - two interim cleanings and one check-out clean.
Check-In/Checkout:
- Check-In Time is at 3:00 PM.
- Checkout Time is at 11:00 AM.
- o Usually we cannot accommodate earlier check-ins or check-outs because we often have parties departing and arriving on the same day. If late guest checkout is needed, it should be requested at time of booking and is subject to a fee. If no late checkout is requested in advance and the unit is not available for housekeeping service to clean for the next guest, the extra fee is charged at regular rate & any other fees incurred.
General Policies:
- Please keep living, dining & guest bedroom windows closed when not in condo or during storms to prevent damage to wood floors, walls & window treatments.
- Please make sure that all keys are left behind at the condo. There’s a charge of $25.00 replacement fee for each lost key.
- The Kona Coast Resort & all Condos are Non-Smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the condo building in the 5 plus designated smoking areas around the Resort. The Lanai is considered part of the condo. This is a Hawaii State Law that went into effect November 16, 2006. In doing so; will result in full loss of security deposit & immediate eviction.
- Occupancy: We allow a maximum of six (6) overnight guests. Falsely representing fewer guests than are actually staying will result in loss of all deposits and immediate eviction. With more than 4 guests a $15 fee per additional guest is charged per day.
- Use of Sofa Sleeper with 4 guest or less is $10 a day.
- There’s a charge of $15.00 for any missing/damaged beach or bath towels upon checkout
- Beach towels and any extra linen are to be washed and dried by guests during their stay.
- Kitchen cleanup (oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots n pans, etc.) necessary by maid service after checkout will be an extra cleaning fee charged.
- Rinse all Scuba & beach gear with water hose, located at trash area left of the Resort Guard House upon entry of resort.
- Hooks are provided on lanai of unit 10201 for air drying of your gear. Please do not hang any items over the railings of the lanai condo or on the shower heads in bathrooms.
- If you use up a condo liquid supply during your stay please replenish with a liquid of its kind for your use.
- Please search the entire condo to make sure nothing is left behind. The owner or staff is not responsible for items left behind in the condo.
- Do not remove any Pots N’ Pans, Dishes or any items of this condo; we can’t retrieve them from Timeshare Units or other privately Owned Condo. This would result in charges for missing items.
- Any assistance in watering our live plants is most appreciated.
