Rates are for up to four (4) persons in U.S. dollars and are subject to Hawaiian taxes (11.41%).
$250 - $400 Security Deposit is required for all stays and have a cleaning fee of $145. There are interim cleanings required every 12 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three (3) cleanings for your stay.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for low season and 5 nights for High season unless backs up to already booked dates. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. With more than 4 guests, there is a $20 charge per additional guest, per day.
Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM Prices subject to change.
