| All stays have a cleaning fee of $127.75. There are interim cleanings required every 12 days. For example, if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three (3) cleanings for your stay. | |||||
| A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for low season and 5 nights for High season unless backs up to already booked dates. | |||||
| Check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM. Please be certain to plan your arrival & departure times accordingly. If you require early arrival or late departure; it may be available and is subject to a fee. Please contact us for more details. | |||||
